On Monday morning, neighbors came together to volunteer with Friends of Rose Park to help maintain the fields at 26th and O Streets NW. Friends of Rose Park President Gail Daubert led the charge, recruiting Michael Brown, Allister Chang, and Jane North as volunteers.
The Friends of Rose Park is currently seeking volunteers to help care for the roses, to sand and paint the benches, to pull weeds in the playground area, and a variety of other efforts to maintain a comfortable and beautiful public space. Sign up below!
